The Weiss Schwarz Avatar: The Last Airbender Trial Deck will introduce Aang and friends to the card game, with 50 cards intended for use with other cards in the ATLA/ series. The deck will have a total of 19 different card types with 6 parallels and will include 2 shiny cards in each deck. A number of random decks will also feature one of three special rare cards with special embossing or a special rare with embossing and a unique hot stamp.
In addition to the cards, the Trial Deck comes with a rules sheet, playmat, and deck manual. The cards included in each deck are the same. Games will be sold in six-deck display boxes.
Additional cards will be available in Weiss Schwarz Avatar: The Last Airbender Booster Packs. Each pack will include 9 random cards from the complete set, which has a total of 100 card types with 44 parallels. Some packs will feature hot stamped special and Avatar Rare cards. Boosters will be sold in 16-pack displays, and each display will have one of five exclusive PR cards as a box topper. A full carton of 18 displays will also have four rubber playmats.Tournament-registered retail stores can also get a special Tournament Store Assist PR Pack with the purchase of a booster pack display. This pack contains two of ten possible PR cards, with a total of five standard and five foil parallel designs.
Bushiroad will support the new expansion with a set of gaming accessories featuring Avatar: The Last Airbender artwork. The Weiss Schwarz Avatar: The Last Airbender Supply Set comes with a deck case large enough to hold 75 sleeved cards, a pack of 60 card sleeves, and five Avatar: The Last Airbender booster packs, along with one of five shiny PR cards.The new set will follow The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie booster set, also launching in June, and May’s The Fruit of Grisaia expansion (see “Bushiroad Unveils New Deets on ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie’ Booster Set” and “Bushiroad Announces ‘The Fruit of Grisaia’ Booster Set and Trial Deck”).
