This game is the follow-up to Monster Hunter: World: The Board Game (see "Steamforged Games"). These board games are officially licensed adaptations of the popular Capcom video game of the same name. Monster Hunter World Iceborne: The Board Game will be a standalone game where players will battle ice-themed monsters over the course of a variety of quests. They will work cooperatively to hunt down these monsters and fight against them in card-driven combat. As they take down more monsters, they can upgrade their weapons and go after larger, frosty game.
