Predator writer Ed Brisson will team up with artist Scott Godlewski for a new Alpha Flight limited series, launching from Marvel in August, that will pit two teams of Canadian mutants against one another. Following the events of the Hellfire Gala, Guardian, Puck, Snowbird, and Shaman will go up against Aurora, Northstar, Nemesis, and Fang, Aurora’s beau. The five-issue series will launch on August 16, and the first issue will have a cover by Leonard Kirk.

Brisson was just announced as the writer for a new AWA series, Salton Sea (see “Ed Brisson Pens Noir Thriller, ‘Salton Sea’”).
