The Flame of Laevateinn will be the third booster set expansion for Bushiroad’s Shadowverse:  Evolve trading card game.  The new set will be available starting February 2.

Flame of Laevateinn will include cards for use with Forestcraft, Swordcraft, Runecraft, Dragoncraft, Abysscraft, and Havencraft, as well as some Neutral cards.  There will be a total of 121 cards in the set, with 41 bronze, 29 silver, 28 gold, and 23 legendary cards.  Each eight-card pack will include at least one gold or higher ranked card.  The set will also feature 35 foil versions of bronze, silver, and gold cards, and 28 special foils with the following rarities:  7 ultimate, 22 super legendary, and 1 special.  The ultimate foils have alternate illustrations and frame design, while super legendary foils are versions of legendary cards with alternate frame designs.  Boosters will be available in 16-pack display boxes.

Bushiroad launched the English-language version of Shadowverse:  Evolve earlier this year (see “Bushiroad Will Bring ‘Shadowverse:  Evolve English Edition’ to U.S. Retail”).  The second booster set, Reign of Bahamut is pegged for September release (see “Bushiroad Announces Second ‘Shadowverse:  Evolve TCG’ Booster Set”).  A cross-over Shadowverse TCG and Umamusume Pretty Derby set is planned for December (see “Bushiroad Announces ‘Shadowverse X Umamusume:  Pretty Derby’”).
