Topps is planning a major TV campaign in support of its Wacky Packages sticker cards, to kick off September 16th.  Fifteen second ads will run on weekday mornings, after school, and on weekends on Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Toon Disney, and Discovery Kids.  The campaign will reach 50 million kids between 6 and 11.  The ads will support Series 1,with art by John Pound, Tom Bunk, and Zina Saunders (see 'Topps Revives Wacky Packages').  Series 2 will be launched this fall (see 'More Wacky Packages').
