Loved what I read so far.  It's going to be great to hear from a real person in the business.  I get so tired of marketing drones telling us (the people on the street) what will sell, what's hot, blah... blah... blah.

I'm ready to compare war stories, share the best way to get Jolt Cola stains out of my shop carpet, hear tips on new ways to market and other tasty tidbits that only a real shop operator can pass on.
