Games Workshop will release Warhammer 40,000 Darktide: The Miniatures Game, based on the video game released for Xbox last year, the company announced. 

As in the video game, in the miniatures game a team of up to four players takes on intense linked missions to bring justice to traitorous Guardsmen and Poxwalkers, using rules based on Kill Team. The teams are formed from rejects from Imperial prisons press-ganged into missions in the hive city of Tertium. Player characters are from the four classes of the video game: Veteran, Zealot, Ogryn, and Psyker. 

No release date was announced.
