Wizards of the Coast will place its Spring Superdrop 2024 sets, the next wave of Secret Lair sets for Magic: The Gathering, onto direct-to-consumer preorder on May 13, 2024 at 9 am.

The Spring Superdrop 2024 features 14 sets total, including foil and non-foil sets. One of the many highlights to this round of drop sets is the new Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar set, which features world-famous virtual singer Hatsune Miku on cards. The Superdrop also showcases the Outlaws of Thunder Junction set (see "Wild West 'Magic: The Gathering' Set") with drop sets that have highly stylized Western card treatments. The most notable of these sets is the Poker Faces set that makes over Magic cards to look like playing cards.

The following sets are offered as part of the Spring Superdrop 2024:

  • Outlaw Anthology Vol.1: Rebellious Renegades (MSRP $29.99; Rainbow Foil $39.99): The first of two pulp magazine treatment sets includes a Tezzeret the Seeker, Griselbrand, Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, and Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker.
  • Outlaw Anthology Vol.2: Sinister Scoundrels (MSRP $29.99; Rainbow Foil $39.99): The second of the two pulp magazine treatment sets comes with a Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Karona, False God, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King, and a Memnarch.
  • Showcase: Outlaws of Thunder Junction (MSRP $29.99; Rainbow Foil $39.99): The showcase set comes with a Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Dack Fayden, and Greasefang, Okiba Boss.
  • Poker Faces (MSRP $29.99; Rainbow Foil $39.99): This playing card-themed set contains a Jaxis, the Troublemaker, Coffin Queen, Goblin King, Professional Face-Breaker, and Rankle, Master of Pranks.
  • Sans Mercy (MSRP $29.99; Rainbow Foil $39.99): Sans Mercy is a bizarre, intentionally difficult to read font-themed set that comes with a Doom Blade, Massacre, Torment of Hailfire, Ruination, and Mogis, God of Slaughter.
  • Goblingram (MSRP $29.99; Rainbow Foil $39.99): This is another highly stylized set themed after Instagram posts. The set comes with a Brash Taunter, Goblin Chieftain, Goblin Ringleader, Goblin Welder, and Mogg War Marshal.
  • Secret Lair x Hatsune Miku: Sakura Superstar (MSRP $29.99; Rainbow Foil $39.99): This collaboration set brings Hatsune Miku to Magic cards. The set includes a Shelter, a Chandra's Ignition as "Miku's Spark," Harmonize, Azusa, Lost but Seeking as "Miku, Lost but Singing," Feather, the Redeemed as "Miku, the Renowned," and Inspiring Vantage.
