heo Group revealed Squaroes, a new Ultimate Guard sub-brand of deck and accessory boxes, which will hit stores in June 2024.

These new boxes were developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products.  The deck boxes, which hold 100 double-sleeved cards, will feature DC Super Heroes such as Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Superman.  The sub-brand line will also offer up a Collectors Case with a vintage comic book design.

"This fusion of pop culture and tabletop gaming has been a long time in the making.  We’re leaning into the notion that this hobby really is one big fandom stew," said Patrick Hildebrant, CEO of heo America and General Manager of Ultimate Guard.  "In essence, this is Squaroes.  It’s an opportunity for gaming fans to express their other pop culture interests socially, in ways that are unique to this space."

Additionally, the Squaroes deck boxes are meant to be a collectible line.  Each new release will have different boxes that have different rarities, and future releases will delve even deeper into the DC character base.
