In this game, players travel through Rokugan as a merchant delivering goods for their clan. On behalf of their clan, they will invest in trade ports, markets, and shrines as well as gain influence with manor houses as they deliver contracts. The goal of the game is to build wealth and best the merchants from the rival clans. The game features multiple routes to victory and comes with the Patrons mini-expansion to increase replayability.

Legend of the Five Rings: River of Gold  is for two to four players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 90 minutes. It will retail for $49.99.
