The iconoclastic anime series Super Milk-Chan will make its debut on the Cartoon Network on Sunday November 7 as part of the Adult Swim block at 12:30 am (ET, PT). The series had originally been slated to debut in 2005 (see 'Cartoon Network to Air Super Milk-Chan').
The Milk-Chan anime features a drooling, potty-mouthed five-year-old girl, who teams with a robot dog (with a severe bladder control problem) and a drunken slug to make up the least likely team of superheroes ever.
The series will mark the first time that an anime series licensed by ADV has made it on to the Cartoon Network, and it appears that Adult Swim is planning to run a dubbed, but uncut version of the Japanese series rather than an Americanized version.
