This adventure set, originally written by Jennell Jaquays (see "'Dark Tower' Designer Passes Away") and published in 1979, sends players on an Ancient Greek-inspired quest into an underground lizard folk city that was overrun by the cult of the death god Thanatos. The deal that allowed Goodman to publish this book was announced back in May 2022 (see "Goodman Acquires Judges Guild's 'Caverns of Thracia'"), and now, over two years later, the book is finally headed to retail shelves. The DCC RPG conversion of this adventure and homage was written by Bob Brinkman, and the book includes a multi-level DCC RPG campaign that will take players an estimated year of sessions to complete.
