Asmodee revealed The Fellowship of the Ring: Trick-Taking Game, a new card game designed by Bryan Bornmueller, which will hit retail on January 17, 2025.

In this game, players need to work together to tell the story of this card adventure. They will meet new characters along the way and complete special quests as they delve into the first book of The Lord of the Rings series. The players will need to play their cards as a team to progress through the narrative, and the game features multiple game modes for replayability.

The game box comes with 144 cards, 5 tokens, and a rulebook. It supports one to four players, ages 10 and up, plays in 30 minutes, and will retail for $24.99.

Asmodee will also release Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-Earth, a new strategy duel game by Repos Production (see "'Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-Earth' Heads to Retail").
