Sponsored.  As Upper Deck continues to get Neopets Battledome Trading Card Game onto more shelves and into the hands of those eager to test their skills in the Battledome, we've gathered some insightful feedback from those who know the industry best.

Our friends over at Tokyo Toybox in Hendersonville, North Carolina have been hosting some great Neopets Battledome TCG events.  Co-owner Taylor Abenante shared thoughts on how their customer base has responded to Upper Decks newest TCG: "Positively!  We've been trying to recruit new players and a lot of them can feel the excitement that we have for this game!  A lot of customers remember Neopets from their youth and are excited to see new merchandise for it!  The cards are definitely top quality and even those customers that aren't familiar with Neopets like the characters!"

Taylor further goes on to explain their love for being an Upper Deck Certified Diamond Dealer shop, "It makes it a lot easier to sell the product in person and gives us more confidence in carrying it!  Too many other card games just don't provide the profit margins necessary to justify a place on our shelves.  The process of becoming a CDD Shop was really simple!  We already had an account with Southern Hobby and it was as easy as asking our rep for the form and filling it out!  An Upper Deck rep called to make sure that we understood all of the guidelines and everything was set!  We don't sell online so we found that the guidelines were totally fine and didn't hinder us at all!"

Located in Westbrook, Maine, Weekend Anime & Games prides themselves on celebrating the geeky fandoms we all enjoy.  Weekend Anime & Games has also received a lot of positive feedback from their community regarding the Neopets Battledome TCG and the Upper Deck CDD program!  Founder and Owner Julie shared "They enjoy the nostalgia.  I think that's what sells Neopets.  I've had a group of players also throw out that they like the game play- the rolling of dice along with playing cards is unique and fun."  Julie also gave some great feedback on the CDD program stating "Some of our TCGs are really, really hard to get in stock to support in store groups. Thanks to the CDD program - we've had better luck with having Upper Deck IN stock."  When asked about the process of becoming a Certified Diamond Dealer Julie responded "Super straight forward and easy.  Our rep at Magazine Exchange, Dawn, was very helpful with getting it set up.  And when we had a few issues with online products- we were called and helped to get it all settled.  Honestly: it's been very easy and good for us."

Card Addicts in Birmingham, Alabama has been a central gaming hub in their community.  They are new members of the CDD program inspired by the hype around the Neopets Battledome Trading Card Game!  Owner and Operator Ethan shared "Truthfully, this is our first foray into an Upper Deck TCG, but being "Card Addicts," we typically carry any new TCG that has any amount of buzz in our community.  When Neopets was announced, there was a lot of buzz since it's an established IP with a large, existing fanbase."  Ethan’s feedback on the process of becoming a CDD shop was "Very easy on our part.  We filled out the necessary paperwork and had it back to our distributors along with some photos of our store and we had the news about CDD by the end of the week!"

The Upper Deck team is excited about what the future holds for Neopets Battledome TCG!  We are committed to continuing our efforts to expand our game, ensuring its spot as a favorite in the gaming community.  The feedback from our CDD members is highly valued as we use it to improve our products and further build relationships with shop owners.  The CDD program allows for more two-way communication that ensures our game continues to meet the needs and expectations of both shop owners and players.  By joining Upper Deck’s CDD program shops can not only carry our products but also benefit from a range of exclusive perks designed to support their business and enhance the overall gaming experience for their customers!
