Publisher Description.  One World Under Doom, the status quo-shattering storyline where Doctor Doom declares himself Emperor of Earth, overtakes the Marvel Universe this February.  Anchored by a nine-issue event series by current Fantastic Four scribe Ryan North and artist R.B. Hailing from a reality where dinosaurs never went extinct, Dinosaur Doom debuted last November in Fantastic Four #12 by North and Iban Coello.  Both Dooms teamed up against the Fantastic Four before their egos caused them to turn each other.  Last seen in a pitched battle with his main universe counterpart, will Dinosaur Doom rejoin Doom's side now that he's on top?
