Comic Book Legal Defense Fund Executive Director Charles Brownstein expressed satisfaction at the ruling of the Arkansas Supreme Court on the state's new 'harmful to minors' display law.  The Court issued answers to four questions, as requested by the federal District Court (see 'Arkansas Supreme Court Rules in Display Law').  'We feel there is serious constitutional peril in the Act as it is written,' Brownstein said, 'and think that the answers to these questions will likely result in the amended portion of the statute being held unconstitutional when it returns to the District Court.'
