Adam Fortier has announced the formation of Speakeasy Comics, which will release its first (unnamed) title(s) in March, 2005.  Fortier worked for Dreamwave during its Transformers launch, and has since worked with Udon, Devil's Due, and IDW.  The company also released a 'call for submissions,' looking for material to publish.
