360ep, the entertainment property management company formed last year by former Marvel execs Bill Jemas and Russ Brown (see 'Return of Bill Jemas') has signed a second Webcomic property for licensing and publishing representation.  BFX Project, by Takeshi Miyazawa (Robotech:  Invasion) and Arthur Dela Cruz (Kissing Chaos) will be hosted on 360ep's Website, Herorealm.com, and '360ep hopes to publish and distribute BFX Project in traditional comic format.'

360ep's representation of Girls with Slingshots, by Danielle Corsetto, was announced last month.  That announcement said that 360ep would seek 'licensing and offline publishing opportunities' for the property (as opposed to publishing the property itself).

360ep has announced several other deals over the last few months, including representation of videogame publisher Majesco for toys, apparel and publishing; consultation and representation of Bravo Food's Slammers product line for licensing, promotions, and new product development; and exclusive licensing representation for the Mr. Wonderful character, a doll that's sold more than 3 million units worldwide.
