4Kids Entertainment has announced the debut of the Tokyo Mew Mew anime series (re-titled Mew Mew Power for the U.S.).  The series will premier this Saturday, February 19th at 8am (ET, PT) on 4Kids TV (formerly known as the 'Fox Box').  Mew Mew Power will lead off the 4Kids block of Saturday morning animated series, which is shown on most Fox network stations and which features a number of other anime series including Sonic X, One Piece and Shaman King. 

Earlier reports about 4Kids' acquisition of Tokyo Mew Mew indicated that the series, which features five catsuited heroines, was going to be re-titled Hollywood Mew Mew (see 'Tokyo Mew Mew Headed for Fox Box').  Tokyopop has published seven volumes of Tokyo Mew Mew manga and a second manga series, Tokyo Mew Mew A La Mode debuts this June.
