Dollar sales of comics and graphic novels in February were up 15% over the dollars in February of 2004, the best month since we started tracking actual year over year numbers last March.  Comics were up 10%, and graphic novels a whopping 49% over the same period last year.  Sales in both categories were up across the board, with bigger numbers at both the tops and the bottoms of the lists.

The 15% growth in February provides a strong counterpoint to the sales slump that started in fourth quarter of last year and continued in January.
