An unusually large number of titles of interest to pop culture retailers turned up on the current USA Today top 150 bestsellers list, which includes all book categories and formats. 

 

Two manga titles are on the list, and both are from TokyoPop.  Fruits Basket, which has been a powerhouse on the Bookscan list of top graphic novel sellers in bookstores (see 'Fruits Basket Is #1'), moved up 22 positions and is at #71, with D.N. Angel breaking onto the charts at #135.

 

Five Star Wars titles are also on the bestseller list.  In addition to the novelization, which is #2 this week (see 'Star Wars Novelization Hits Best-Seller Lists'), the list also includes the Junior Novelization from Scholastic at #18, the 'Visual Dictionary' from DK Publishing at #23, the Dark Horse trade paperback graphic novel at #47, and the Making of... from Del Rey at #103.
