Synch-Point has announced two versions of the original Di Gi Charat TV Series.  Both versions include all sixteen of the anime shorts created as advertisements for the Digital Gamers store in Akihabara.  Created by Koge Donbo, Di Gi Charat defines 'kawaii' (or cute) anime as it chronicles the adventures of Princess Dejiko (from the planet Di Gi Charat) as she and her friends Puchiko and Gema labor here on earth working at the Gamers store.

The Standard Edition (msrp. $29.95), which doesn't arrive until August 23rd, includes all 16 episodes (51 minutes), both Japanese and English soundtracks, plus outtakes, an illustration gallery and a 16-page bonus informational booklet.

The Limited Edition ($59.95, limited to 10,000 units) arrives on July 26th and includes all of the above plus a bonus music CD, a jewelry box, mini-figures of Dejiko, Puchkio and Rabi-en-Rose (Dejiko's rival), a free Di Gi Charat t-shirt voucher and a Di Gi Charat Theater: Dejiko's Summer Vacation manga.
