White Wolf Publishing and Goodman Games have reached an agreement under which the Goodman Games' Victorian cyberpunk RPG, Etherscope, will be published under White Wolf's Sword & Sorcery Studios imprint.  The publishing and distribution arrangement is essentially the same as it was with the previous White Wolf/Goodman Games collaboration, DragonMech (see 'Goodman Games DragonMech to Be Published by White Wolf').  The first Etherscope release will be a 240-page Etherscope hardcover rulebook ($34.95), which will be published in November. Etherscope will be supported by quarterly releases; the first, The Great Metropolis (MSRP $23.99), a 120-page softcover supplement to Etherscope RPG, will be released in January.

The Etherscope RPG combines a visionary alternate world of Victorian technology run amuck with an elegant system of game mechanics based on the Open Gaming License.  The Etherscope rulebook will be fully sufficient to play the game and will require no other player's handbook to use, but it will have several supplements of its own and can be used in conjunction with other OGL-driven games.

All Etherscope products will be available to retailers from White Wolf and will be included in the normal distributor listings for White Wolf products.  Other Goodman Games releases will continue to be published separately by Goodman Games.
