The trial date for the Gordon Lee case in Rome, Georgia, which is being defended by the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, has been delayed.  The motions hearing originally scheduled for September 8th (see 'Trial in Rome, Georgia Case Set for September 12th') will now be held on December 1st.  The trial will be rescheduled to a later date after the motions hearing.  The prosecution and defense mutually agreed to the delay.

The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund continues its fundraising efforts to support its defense of the case at Dragon Con this weekend with an exclusive Joseph Michael Linsner Dawn print and a raffle for a breakfast with Firefly star Jewel Staite and Peter David.
