Dynamite Entertainment will publish a new Painkiller Jane comic series, featuring the Event Comics character created by Jim Palmiotti and Joe Quesada.  The character is also going to be featured in a Sci Fi Channel pilot.

The new comic series will launch in February, 2006.  The first issue will feature a script by Palmiotti, art by Lee Moder, and cover by Quesada and Palmiotti with friends, Amanda Conner with Jimmy Palmiotti, Bily Tan, and Lee Moder.  Adam Hughes will be providing cover variants.  Future cover artists include Will Conrad and Terry Dodson.
