McFarlane Toys has revealed its first Simpsons release, a deluxe box set featuring a bloated Homer being force fed doughnuts by the Devil.  Dubbed Ironic Punishment, the toy features 'doughnut eating action' and like other Simpsons releases from McFarlane Toys, this 'tonster tableaux' recreates a classic moment from the long-running cartoon series immortalizing the consequences of Homer's selling his immortal soul for a 'sinker.' 

Although when McFarlane's first announced the acquisition of a Simpsons license (see 'McFarlane Gets Simpsons License'), the first toys in the new line were supposed to be available by late 2005, the Ironic Punishment Box Set won't be available until spring of 2006.  Judging from the photos of the initial McFarlane Simpsons release, it appears to be well worth the wait.
