Mongoose Publishing has announced an ambitious slate of RPG publications for April 2006 including key releases for the Babylon 5, Conan, and Starship Troopers role-playing games.  Babylon 5 2nd Edition: The Ragged Edge ($29.95) is a deluxe adventure campaign that will further the momentum generated by the release of three key Babylon 5 2nd Edition products in March (see 'Mongoose Plans Starship Trooper Skinnies').  The Ragged Edge is a full 12-episode campaign packaged in a deluxe hardcover with sumptuous color interior illustrations, many of which are actual screen shots from the TV series.

Also available in April will be Conan -- Tito's Trading Post ($19.95), an equipment supplement for Mongoose's Conan RPG.  The 96-page, full color hardback covers every kind of weapon and armor available in Hyboria.

Mongoose is also readying two key volumes in its Starship Troopers RPG for an April release.  The Starship Troopers RPG: Mobile Infantry Field Manual ($29.95) is a deluxe 160-page, full color Rules and Equipment Supplement that will help players survive in bug-infested space.  Packed with information on every piece of Mobile Infantry hardware available, the MI Field Manual is an invaluable text for any trooper who values his (or her) life.  Filled with customized color illustrations as well as screen shots from the Starship Troopers CGI series, the MI Field Manual is an essential book for the Starship Troopers RPG.  Also arriving in April is Starship Troopers: Ambush at Altair V ($9.95), a 32-page softcover adventure scenario with a laminated color cover and B&W interior illustrations.  In this adventure at an isolated outpost a mere handful of troopers with limited supplies of ammunition and armor are pitted against a powerful arachnid army.
