Mayfair will ship two new daVinci games, Palatinus and Beetlez, on January 23rd for release in late January.  Both will carry $20 MSRPs.  Palatinus, for two to five players aged eight and over, is set in the 8th century B.C. on the seven hills of Rome, where Etruscans, Sabines, and other peoples trade, fight, and compete.  Each player leads one of the populations competing to expand influence over the fields, populations, and springs of the seven hills.    

 

In Beetlez, for three to six players aged five and over, beetles in a UK basement scramble to grab food from the sideboard being used by a band rehearsing their songs over and over.
