According to Variety, 20th Century Fox is holding 'early discussions' on reviving the Futurama animated series for television.  At this point, they're talking about creating a limited number of episodes for airing on a to-be-determined venue.  The studio would also have to re-assemble the show's production team and voice talent.

 

Since the last new episode aired in August 2003, Futurama has been seen on Cartoon Network and on DVD; it's slated to go to Comedy Central in 2008 (see 'Futurama to Comedy Central').
