Toys 'R' Us will be allowed to split from Amazon and set up its own Website, according to a ruling last week by the Chancery Court in New Jersey in the lawsuit begun last year (see 'Toys 'R' Us Sues Amazon').  Toys 'R' Us had sued Amazon over issues of exclusivity, arguing that its agreement with Amazon to operate its Website had been violated because Amazon was offering toys from other sellers that were also offered by Toys 'R' Us. 

TRU said it was ready to go.  'We have been preparing for today's decision,' said TRU SVP John Sullivan, 'and expect to provide seamless online access for our customers...'
