Geneon will release a re-mixed 5-DVD X Collector's Set in July.   The five discs will include episodes 0-24, with newly encoded video and audio, all in a deluxe, collectible case at a $149.98 MSRP.  The X anime is directed by Yoskiaki Kawajiri, who also directed Ninja Scroll, Vampire Hunter D:  Bloodlust. 

The Re-mix X will also be released on individual disks; each will include five episodes. The first two disks will be released in July, at a $29.98 MSRP. 

The X anime is based on the manga created by CLAMP.
