Games Workshop has announced the publication of Warhammer Fantasy Battles 7th Edition ($50) in September.  This 244-page hardcover rulebook is packed full of the latest rules, new artwork, spectacular background material, and valuable hobby information for all players of the popular tabletop miniatures game.  The new volume updates the WFB 6th Edition, which was released in 2000.

Also shipping in September is Warhammer: The Battle for Skull Pass ($45) starter set containing over 100 Goblin and Dwarf plastic figures -- the basis for two powerful Warhammer armies.  The starter set includes everything necessary to start playing the Warhammer game including a scaled-down, but still comprehensive, rulebook, range rulers, dice, terrain pieces, and a step-by-step guide to the Warhammer Fantasy Battles game.
