Dark Horse will release 300: The Art of The Film in January, before the Warner Brothers feature film release based on the Frank Miller graphic novel in March.

 

300: The Art of The Film will include behind the scenes full-color images with 200 pages of production photos and concept art.  It comes as 13'x 10' hardcover and retails for $24.95.

 

Dark Horse has also issued an updated hardcover version of the 300 graphic novel (13' x 10', 88 full-color pages), which uses the logo from the movie on its cover.  That title is currently available and retails for $30.00.

 

The 300 series, featuring the collaboration of Frank Miller with artist Lynn Varley, won five Eisners, including Best Limited Series, Best Writer/Artist (Miller) and Best Colorist (Varley).
