According to the Hollywood Reporter Shareeka Epps, John Ortiz and Johnny Lewis have joined the cast of Fox's Alien vs. Predator: Survival of the Fittest, which is now slated for release on December 21st 2007. 

With filming set to begin later this month Epps, who starred in the Sundance favorite Half-Nelson, Ortiz, who played Jose Yero in the Miami Vice movie, and Lewis, one of the featured players on the hit teen series The O.C., will join Reiko Aylesworth and Steven Pasquale in the AvP sequel (see 'Actors Set for Alien vs. Predator 2').
