The comic book-based Painkiller Jane live action TV series will replace Battlestar Galactica as an integral part of the Sci-Fi Channel's Friday night lineup starting in January.

 

As previously reported here the popular Battlestar Galactica series is moving to Sunday nights starting January 21st (see 'Battlestar Galactica Schedule Change').  The new Painkiller Jane series, which star Kristanna Loken, replaces BSG on the Sci-Fi Channel's powerhouse Friday night schedule, which also includes Stargate SG-1 (the final 10 episodes begin airing in January) and Stargate Atlantis, which will air new episodes starting in April.
