At the San Diego Comic-Con Drawn & Quarterly announced the May 2010 publication of Dan Clowes' Wilson, the author’s first graphic novel that wasn’t originally serialized in Eightball.  Wilson is also the first title by Clowes, who has published numerous volumes with Fantagraphics (Ghost World, Pussey, Like a Velvet Glove Cast in Iron) and Pantheon (Ice Haven, David Boring) to be published by Drawn & Quarterly.

Wilson, which finds Clowes working in a single-page gag format, is described on the Drawn & Quarterly Website as “a thoroughly engaging, complex and fascinating portrait of the modern egoist-outspoken and oblivious to those around him, but who sincerely wants to find his place in the world.”
