IDW Publishing has hired David Hedgecock as managing editor, the company announced today. Hedgecock’s duties there will be to "oversee and coordinate editorial activities as well as work to develop new talent and special projects," according to the announcement.
Hedgecock spent six years as CEO of Ape Entertainment, which publishes a raft of licensed titles including Fruit Ninja, Kung Fu Panda, Pocket God, Strawberry Shortcake, Richie Rich, and more.
