Diamond Comic Distributors sold in 293,913 copies of Rocket Raccoon #1, according to estimates by ICv2 from info released by Diamond. That's an impressive sell-in, but it's not all comic stores; Loot Crate included a copy of Rocket Raccoon in the July crate, and that's well over 100,000 copies (the company told ICv2 that it had 100,000 subscribers in April, and was growing at 20% a month, see "Loot Crate Hits 100,000 Subscribers"). Regardless, it seems likely that Rocket Raccoon #1 would have been the top book even without the Loot Crate copies, and by a significant margin.
There was one more title over 100,000 (three) than in June, but that was still a significant drop-off from July 2013, when there were five titles that sold in over 100,000.
Original Sin was hanging tough at around 90,000 copies per issue for #5 and #6, the issues that shipped in July, roughly comparable to the June issues.
DC is boosting dollars with cover price: there were three $4.99 DCs in the Top 25, including the #2 title, Batman.
On the graphic novel chart, the most recent The Walking Dead volume sold in at a little below the previous volume (23,953 vs. 25,290), but there could be a lot of reasons for that, including the week of release.
