At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Verizon announced that the Tokyopop video channel, which offers 15-20 four-to-six minute videos every week, is now available to Verizon's V Cast Video customers.  Content currently available includes manga videos (known as imanga) starting with M. Alice LeGrow's Bizenghast manga (presented with music by Divine Madness and Kissing Violet); anime clips from the Rave Master series directed by Takashi Watanabe, from Geneon Japan's PiNMeN anime series produced by Studio Pierrot; and FMW -- hardcore live action wrestling featuring Japan's top grapplers.

Customers with V Cast phones can sign up anytime to check out the Tokyopop video channel for $3 for a 24-hour period, or they can get a monthly VPak subscription for $15, which also includes access to Verizon Wireless' ESPN MVP, Get It Now, and Mobile Web 2.0 services.  V Cast subscribers get unlimited basic video and there are no airtime or megabyte charges to download, stream or watch any V Cast content such as the Tokyopop video channel -- though application download fees apply for 3-D games and premium video.
