Fantasy Flight Games has announced that it will retool its CCGs into a new 'Living Card Game' format.  The new format will have two SKUs -- starter boxes and monthly packs with 40 fixed cards (one each of ten, three each of another ten). 

A Game of Thrones will be the first to get the treatment, with the first Chapter Packs due for release this month, monthly Chapter Packs to follow, and the new A Game of Thrones Starter Box released in August. 

Call of Cthulhu will follow, with two Asylum Packs released this spring and summer, and the new Call of Cthulhu Starter Box in October, followed by monthly Asylum Pack releases.
