Devil's Due Publishing is launching its Devil's Due Pop line of comic-related merchandise in March with a package of Golden Age retro Sheena: Queen of the Jungle Stickers. Next up in April Devil's Due will issue a Halloween Journal with art by Bill Sienkiewicz and Sean Phillips from the Devil's Due mini-series Halloween: Nightdance, which is based on the series of horror films featuring the psycho slasher Michael Myers.
The first Devil's Due plush figure, the Geeky Ninja from the Ninjatown line by Shawnimals, is due in May. The 8-inch tall Geeky Ninja figure was designed by Shawn Smith, creator of the Wee Ninjas. Devil's Due is also planning a spiral-bound Ninjatown Journal and a line of Ninjatown comics.
Devil Due's first vinyl figure, which is based on Dirge from animator James Farr's Xombie: Reanimated comic book series from Devil's Due, will be released in June.
Not everything in the Devil's Due Pop line is based on a Devil's Due comic--later in the year Devil's Due will release an original transforming vinyl toy based on Jeffrey Brown's Top Shelf Comic, The Incredible Change Bots. The first transforming Change Bot to get the Devil's Due Pop treatment will be Balls, who transforms from a battle-ready robot to an inoffensive-looking golf cart.
