Pokemon USA and Burger King have announced a worldwide promotion that will have the restaurant chain offering an exclusive Pokemon TCG card and accessory with each purchase of a BK Kids Meal.  The promotion will feature 12 different exclusive Pokemon cards and accessories that will only be available to kids who purchase BK Kids Meals at Burger King Restaurants.  The cards and premiums are all based on Pokemon TCG: Diamond & Pearl, the latest expansion of the Pokemon Trading Card Game (see “Pokemon Diamond & Pearl—Majestic Dawn”).

In the U.S. the promotion will run from July 7th through August 3rd, while internationally it will role out at various times during the late summer and fall. Burger King will support the promotion with TV ads, in-restaurant merchandising, custom packaging, and online.
