Bandai Entertainment has announced that it has acquired the rights to three Gundam 00 series from Kadokawa, based on the anime series.  The first season of the Gundam 00 anime just completed its run on Sci-Fi Channel’s Ani-Monday block (see “SciFi Channel Will Air Rave Master”).

The three series will kick off with an adaptation manga by Kozo Omori, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, launching in August.  Next up will be a side story by Koichi Tokita, Mobile Suit Gundam 00F,  which will focus on a secret branch of Celestial Being.  The third series will be a series of light novels by Noboru Kimura.
