Sebastian Stan has been cast as Bucky in the new Captain America movie, according to Hollywood Reporter. The sidekick actor is being signed to a multi-picture deal; Chris Evans, who was signed to play Cap (see “Chris Evans Offered Captain America), was reportedly signed for nine films (see “Cap Will Get Nine Picture Deal”).
Stan also tested for the title role in Cap. His most recent film appearance was in Hot Tub Time Machine.
Captain America will premiere in July 2011.
