WizKids/NECA has unveiled two more of the seven miniatures that will be included in The Brightest Day Action Pack, which is due out in October and which ties in to DC’s year-long Brightest Day crossover event.  The newly revealed figures are Captain Boomerang and Deadman.

Captain Boomerang is perhaps best known as a recurring enemy of the Flash.  Captain Boomerang’s remains were reanimated during Blackest Night as a member of the Black Lantern Corps and then later brought back to life at the end of the series.

Created by Arnold Drake and Carmine Infantino in 1967 Deadman is the ghost of fallen trapeze artist named Boston Brand.  He plays a key role in both Blackest Night (where he hears the voices of the dead and his own remains calling out to help them from being resurrected as members of the Black Lantern Corps) and Brightest Day.
