The second trailer for Joss Whedon’s The Avengers has been released, and it displays a little more of the storyline that drives the action that dominated the first trailer (see “Avengers Movie Trailer”).  Again, we get only a glimpse of the enemies the superteam is battling, about which we’re apparently going to have to wait a little longer  to learn more.  The photos released to date (see, for example, “More ‘Avengers” Images Assembled”) are also focusing more on the team and less on who they’re fighting. 

The movie debuts May 4th.
