Gale Force Nine has announced that it will release Spartacus: A Game of Blood and Treachery, based on the STARZ series, in September.  The game for three to four players ages 17 and up (due to mature content and graphic language) allows players to assume the role of the Dominus of a house competing for influence through diplomacy, intrigues, and the Arena in ancient Rome.

The STARZ series on which this game is based has over six million viewers per episode.  The next and final season, Spartacus: War of the Damned, launches in January 2013.
