NECA, on behalf of its subsidiary WizKids, has obtained a Consent Permanent Injunction against Tree House Kids prohibiting the company from using "Heroics" as a brand for miniature super hero figures.  The injunction came out of a lawsuit filed against Tree House alleging trademark infringement of WizKids’ HeroClix brand.  The suit is ongoing.

Tree House has rebranded its line "Zerboz."
