MGM has released a bloody teaser trailer for Carrie, a remake of the film of the Stephen King horror classic that came out in 1976. Chloe Grace Moretz (Kick-Ass, Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Walls) stars in the title role that Sissy Spacek made famous in th1970s. Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who has written extensively for Marvel Comics and who was brought in as a script-doctor on the troubled Spider-Man Broadway musical (and helped turn it around) has written the screenplay for the remake, which is being directed by Kimberly Peirce.
MGM will debut its remake of Carrie nationwide on March 15th, 2013.
