Federal district court judge Katherine Forrest set the trial date in the Ghost Rider case for November 4th, according to Deadline. The case was sent back to district court for trial when the appeals court ruled that there were disputes of fact that should be resolved at trial; Forrest had issued a summary judgment, which was overturned (see "Friedrich Wins 'Ghost Rider' Appeal").
The case was originally filed by Ghost Rider creator Gary Friedrich, who is seeking a share of revenues from movies and merchandise based on the property.
